1. Website and Submission
1. This website is for information purposes only. Information, images and prices ($CAD) may change without notice. The final price of a product or solution is determined by obtaining a quote.
2. A quote is valid for a period of 5 business days
3. After the 5 business day period, the prices and availability of the products in a quote may change without notice
2. Orders
1. Any order is validated by the acceptance of the order with obligation of payment;
2. by accepting the obligation of payment, the customer accepts the terms of payment and service;
3. Payments
1. Unless they have an account, a customer placing an order with APY MTL must pay for their order by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), by bank transfer;
2. A customer who has already ordered products and services from APY MTL can apply to open an account 15, 30 or 45 days, with an additional fee of $50; The opening of the account is subject to credit approval. APY MTL reserves the right to refuse any request to open an account;
4. Delivery of products
1. The delivery time for products sold by APY MTL is 1 to 20 business days,
depending on the availability of stocks from distributors and manufacturers;
2. APY MTL cannot be held responsible for a delay in production by a customer caused by a delay in delivery by distributors or manufacturers;
5. Ownership of products
1. APY MTL remains the owner of the products sold until receipt of final payment;
6. Product warranty
1. When purchasing products, the customer acknowledges that APY MTL is not the manufacturer. Consequently, the only warranties that the buyer benefits from are those appearing in the Warranty Statement accompanying each product;
2. If a product is defective, APY MTL can take care of the return procedures to the manufacturer, but the customer must assume all shipping costs;
7. Warranty of solutions integrated by APY MTL
1. An integrated solution is an IT solution whose hardware and software components have all been integrated, configured and tested by APY MTL;
2. Any hardware or software component purchased individually and added by the customer to a solution integrated by APY MTL or to a solution integrated by a third party does not benefit from any additional warranty;
3. When purchasing a solution integrated by APY MTL, the customer does not benefit from any additional warranty. However, if a hardware or software problem occurs on a solution integrated by APY MTL that has not been modified by the customer or a third party and whose cause cannot be determined by telephone, APY MTL agrees to proceed free of charge to a new integration of the solution in the workshop. In return, APY MTL reserves the right to charge the customer a service fee if the cause of the problem reveals a modification or misuse of the solution by the customer;
8. APY MTL Services
1. The customer agrees to pay fees for any service produced by APY MTL by telephone, by email, in the workshop or at your premises;
2. Unless you have a service plan (bank of hours) from APY MTL, the customer agrees to pay $95/hour for services in the workshop or at its offices and $1.60/minute for services by telephone or by email;
3. For services over the phone or by email, a minimum fee of 10 minutes applies. For services in the workshop, a minimum fee of 30 minutes applies. For services at your office, a minimum fee of 60 minutes applies (30 minutes for travel and 30 minutes for the assessment). The minimum fee is not refundable. are applicable (within a 10 km radius of 3Di Synthèses' premises);
4. When the client does not have a service plan with APY MTL, the services received are payable upon receipt of the invoice.
